The Arts Fund supports programs which seek to inspire creative expression in people of all ages, abilities and income through their connections and exchanges with artists and their artistic activities.

The Arts Fund is an un-endowed pass through fund. Grants are recommended by the donors. Grant applications and reports should be submitted to the donors as requested.

The O.P. and W.E. Edwards Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant applications. Grant applications solicited by the donors of the Arts Fund should be submitted directly to the donors only when requested by the donors.
