The mission of the O.P. and W.E. Edwards Foundation General Fund is to provide funding support for programs of non-profit organizations working to help low-income, at-risk and under-served children, youth and their families survive and thrive.

General Fund grants are primarily focused on programs for low-income, at-risk and under-served children, youth and their families. Our programmatic emphasis is on direct services to youth and families as well as organizational capacity building.

Grants are made for:
