General Fund Reporting Instructions
To Submit a report on-line :
For organizations submitting a grant renewal application (not multi year grants) we now have a combined application and reporting form. Please go to the Application information page to submit a renewal application
Organizations who need to submit a report - including multi-year grants

General Fund Annual Grant Reports should describe the progress you have made toward achieving the purposes for which the grant was made and indicate expenditures made from the granted funds.
We require an annual grant report within thirteen months of the date your grant was made. Please remember that annual grant reports must be received before additional funds for the same purpose or the next installment of multi-year grants can be released.
