The W.E. Edwards Foundation does not accept applications.

Grants are awarded to organizations specified in the will of the donor.

Distributions are usually awarded in February or March. The foundation asks that beneficiaries submit an annual grant report before the next year’s disbursement will be issued. The board wants to keep abreast of the good work being done by these groups and make sure that the funds are being used in a manner consistent with Mr. Edwards’ wishes.

Annual grant reports are due in February of the year following the calendar year in which the grant was awarded.

Reports can be submitted via mail, email or by submitting them to our on-line grant management software.

Please see our reporting worksheet for questions to help guide you in preparing your report. If your grant was awarded for general support, an annual report or similar publication will suffice for our reporting purposes.

If you would like to submit a report on-line, please let us know so that we can make the reporting form available in your on-line account. Instructions on logging on and navigating the grants management software (GLM) can be found at the following links:

Please do not create a new account, if you need help retrieving your organization’s username, please contact the foundation.

We encourage you to prepare your report in a word processing program first and then paste it into the on-line form.

When you are ready to complete your report, the following link will take you to our grants management software (GLM):
